Ocean Pointe

I mainly dealt with James Mandell and he was always very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and would definitely come back.

Thanks to Jamie for local recommendations and ease of getting in the house a bit early to drop our luggage and then pick up kids from airport!

We loved the ease of everything in the house. Some rooms and bathrooms are more updated than others. We let kids and grand kids use master shower because of the size. Note for cleaning staff to dust shelves in foyer area, but overall the house was very clean. Thanks for providing firewood! We rented bikes from Mainly Bikes and they dropped them off and picked them up!

Jamie was very helpful. He met us at the house soon after we checked in and gave us some pointers on the house and the area. He got us a reservation at Lost Fire on a busy Saturday night; the restaurant is so good, we went back a second time!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Ocean Pointe. The house is beautiful and comfortable and is nicely situated in Kennebunkport. KPT staff are knowledgeable and accommodating.

My family and friends stayed at Ocean Pointe in Kennebunkport for a long-weekend in May. I researched several luxury properties in Kennebunkport and KPT Luxury Properties promptly responded to all of my questions with a phone call the same day I inquired. The property is as described and the photos don't to it justice. The home is perfectly appointed with every detail attended to and is within walking distance to town, restaurants and beaches. The kitchen was a perfect gathering place for our party of 12 and the house is large enough for everyone to have their own private space. The location is a beautiful spot on the Kennebunk River-perfect to watch sunsets by the fire pit, paddle across the river to Mother's Beach via paddle board or kayak. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We had KPT Luxury Properties assist with breakfast delivery and had a chef prepare a very special birthday dinner for one of our guests. Chef David did an amazing job with dinner from sushi to swordfish and salmon, tenderloin with roasted vegetables and amazing desserts and a decadent chocolate birthday cake. We had an amazing time at Ocean Pointe and will return again. Life-long memories for all who came along for the fun!
