This recently renovated historic home is in a prime location on Ocean Avenue two blocks from Dock Square – walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, or along Ocean Avenue for beautiful views! The house has four bedrooms, three baths, a large living room with separate office/den, state-of-the-art kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with breakfast area and dining area, flat screen TV’s throughout, and a mudroom entrance way leading to a separate two bedroom cottage. The four bedroom house sleeps 6. The second floor has a master suite with a King bed and en-suite bath. Additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one bedroom with one single bed, as well as hall laundry and full bath. Flat screens and high speed wireless internet throughout. Amazing guest cottage sleeps 4: there is a pine paneled great room with stone fireplace, large flat screen TV, minibar kitchen, new 3/4 bath, and two bedrooms each with two single beds, and air conditioning. There is lovely outdoor dining and a Weber gas grill. The house is located at the corner of Ocean Avenue and Elm Street, close to all the shops and restaurants in Dock Square and a short walk to Colony Beach. There is off street parking. Pick up lobsters, cooked for you, at nearby Port Lobster! The guest cottage is included in the rental of the main house. The guest home cannot be rented separately. Guest cottage only available until October 31st.

We rented 40 Ocean Ave for a family get away. The location is unbeatable within walking distance of the village and short drive to beaches. The property was clean and well appointed. We were a family of 10 and it was quite spacious. Jamie, the property manager, was excellent and always available if we needed him. We would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great time staying in this centrally located house. It is spacious and comfortable for a larger group - ours was seven. The location is ideal and close (walking distance) to both the town and ocean. WiFi was great and the generous space made it easy for games and conversation. Kitchen is large and we loved the long dining table. Our host from KPT (Jamie) was easy to work with and kept us informed.
