House was great, very clean , fully equiped. Swimmuing pool was wonderful and great as beach alternative.

Lords Point is a beautiful propertyour children commented that this was the nicest house they had ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at the property! The home was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing getaway. The pool was amazing and a major highlight for our groupit made the trip extra special. That said, it didnt feel heated, especially during the cooler days at the beginning of our stay, but we still enjoyed it tremendously. One suggestion would be to consider updating the sofa in the main sitting area near the kitchenit wasnt very comfortable for game nights or long conversations. Additionally, some of the pillows and bedding felt a bit worn and could use refreshing. Overall, though, the experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely return!

Staff was very receptive and responsive to any and all questions and concerns.

We had a wonderful time at the rose cottage- the exterior of the property is as inviting as the interior- quality furniture, well thought out design- just a beautiful space.

I booked the house for a long-overdue weekend with my other adult siblings so there were 5 of us. The weather was less than cooperative so we were inside quite a bit. The house was spacious and had everything we needed and we could still enjoy the beautiful water views from inside. I'd love to stay at this property again.

Our stay was terrific! The weather did not cooperate, but we had a wonderful place to relax in. There wasnt anything we needed that wasnt there. If I were to find one negative, it was that the twin beds were a bit short- was not the most comfortable for length of beds.

Jamie at KPT Properties was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and thorough and made the rental process seamless from start to finish. He also went above and beyond by providing great local restaurant recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated his helpfulness and professionalism throughout!

The property is well described, and kptluxury properties easy to deal with. It is a lovely home with a great view of the entrance to the harbor and sunsets are spectacular. The home has a great kitchen and is very well maintained. A wonderful spot, even in winter.

Great Christmas with the whole family, plenty of room, fabulous kitchen, view is great and not isolated but private.

The KPT team is always friendly and accommodating, sometime difficult to get in touch with quickly but always responds.

WE love the Mother's Beach house. It is a perfect setting for our extended family with the adjacent beach and playground and quick access to all of the greater Kennebunk area.

Jamie was wonderful and so attentive. We very much appreciated his timely response for questions

The house was amazing. The only thing I would suggest would be to paint or update the chairs outside. Our stay for the week was incredible and truthfully it was hard to leave. Thank you
