Memorial Day Weekend 2019 We just returned from our weekend in KPT and I wanted to share my thoughts about our rental 8 Chase Hill and what an amazing time we had. This was our second time renting through KPT Luxury Properties and now I know why I chose to use them again. The communication from booking the rental until we arrived was excellent. We received our welcome pack with everything we needed to know about the area and we were greeted by Jamie who is part of the KPT Luxury Properties team. He walked me through the rental and answered any questions regarding the property. The location of the property was perfect as it was in the center of Kennebunk's Lower Village and close to everything. This is always a plus in KPT as parking in town can sometimes not be easy and this enabled us to walk everywhere. We sat on the large deck with views of the Kennebunk river which was a great place to have a cocktail and watch the boats. We are looking forward to our next trip to KPT and will defiantly reach out to KPT Luxury Properties for our rental.

I decided to rent a house for 5 day weekend with my 90+ yr mother and 2 20-something nieces. Homerun for all! Spotless, new everything 3 bedroom house. Glorious deck/porch overlooking shipyard & local brewery. Quiet area yet steps away from the quaint downtown shopping area with many restaurants & boutiques & art galleries. We all cant wait to go back

We were in for our 20th wedding anniversary from Texas. Rose Cottage was pristine, and perfect in every way! We loved being in Cape Purpoise, close to Kennebunkport, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle and traffic. The church bells were an added bonus! Thanks for everything!
