Jamie, you were awesome!!! Thanks for everything. The welcome book/app for the house was fantastic. We referred to it many times. We've rented several properties over the past 3 years and that is by far the best guide we've seen! Gary and I will definitely be back to Kennebunkport in the future, probably for a longer stay. We will go straight to your website when looking for a property for a smaller travel group.

Our stay at Lonesome Pine was our first trip to Kennebunkport, but will not be our last. The property is too lovely to describe and Kennebunkport charmed us.

My only suggestion is to add a full-length mirror somewhere

Thanks to Jamie for local recommendations and ease of getting in the house a bit early to drop our luggage and then pick up kids from airport!

We loved the ease of everything in the house. Some rooms and bathrooms are more updated than others. We let kids and grand kids use master shower because of the size. Note for cleaning staff to dust shelves in foyer area, but overall the house was very clean. Thanks for providing firewood! We rented bikes from Mainly Bikes and they dropped them off and picked them up!

Jamie is so knowledgeable & helpful-I cant say enough about how wonderful he is to work with! Hes attentive & answered any questions we had, he provided us with names of restaurants, shopping & things to do in the area during our stay! In our opinion, hes the best there is!

We have stayed at the Mothers Beach property twice now & walking in this second time, we all agreed it felt like coming home! It is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated & the views are just breathtaking no matter what time of day! We cant wait to go back!

We always hate to leave Paddy Cove. Such a great house! Wonderful neighborhood for walking, within walking distance of grocery shopping, three places for takeout lobsters and seafood, plus other restaurants nearby on Pier Road. Beautiful garden, big grill on the patio. Kitchen is amazing, lots of light and a big dining room table seats 8. Water views on both sides of house. Room to park two cars in driveway. One king, one queen, two twin beds, each with bath.

Very helpful and courteous. Returned my calls immediately.

This was a wonderful reunion with family after a long Covid separation. It was the perfect place to all be together.

Jamie went above and beyond to accommodate our group and helped to make this a very special trip for our family.

The team member who delivered an extra door key to us had a wonderful personality. Great service team in every way.

Enjoyed out time in Cape Porpoise as we have every time we visit.

We have always found Jamie to be supremely responsive and easy to deal with. This visit was no exception.

The only issue we had with Nautilus was the continually spotty TV service. Repairs were diligently attempted by service techs but this must just be an issue with the house. The other issue, altho small, was the fact that the bath rug in the upstairs bathroom outside the smaller of the two king bedrooms was utterly filthy, as if someone had gotten ill on it and required laundering immediately. When I took it down to wash the washer was full of wet sheets...U guess the house cleaners just ran out of time. I would hope that rugs and bedspreads are washed between visitors on a normal basis?
